DINNER FOR ONE
Dinner for One provides answers to the question of how we want to eat when we are alone. The plate adapts ergonomically to the lap – for eating without a table, while the placemats can be used flexibly as a table mat or as heat and spill protection on the lap.
The focus on ‘eating alone’ runs through the entire collection. The cruet serves as a visual divider on the restaurant table and the napkin and cutlery holder also keeps mobile phones in an upright position.

PROCESS
Throughout the semester, ideas were developed, refined, and sometimes rejected, materials were tested, and concepts were honed. The process images offer a glimpse into the collaboration, the experimental interplay of textiles and ceramics and the journey toward the final designs.
